Welcome to Fooda.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Fooda mobile application (“App”), features, and services. By downloading, accessing, or using Fooda, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the App.

1. Subscription & Payments

Fooda offers optional auto-renewable premium subscriptions that provide enhanced features, such as:

• AI food recognition
• Nutrition analysis
• Ad removal
• Additional premium tools

When you subscribe:

1. Your iTunes/Apple ID account will be charged.
2. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
3. Renewal is processed automatically by Apple, and your account will be charged within 24 hours before renewal.
4. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

Fooda does not handle or store your payment information.

All billing and payment processes are securely handled through Apple’s in-app purchase system.
